Shipping policy

 

ORDER CUT-OFF: We stop processing orders at 5pm GMT (Western European Time or UTC+00:00) Monday to Friday, not including band holidays

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 to 4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow 3-5 working days for UK mainland deliveries, 7-11 working days for mainland Europe and US and 8-14 working days for countries outside of these regions. 

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES: PLEAS NOTE, if you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be requires to pay additional taxes or import duty when your order enters your country.  PLEASE CHECK your country's import tax and duty laws before ordering. Your order may be held by the courier or import authorities until any fees are paid. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees.
